Wordless Wednesday: Ghetto Van

I actually saw this van (truck? what would you call it?) in the winter driving around town, but it was dark and well, I was driving.  But last week I saw it parked so I couldn't resist the picture.  There is cargo netting across the back end and I believe there were fuzzy dice hanging from the rear view mirror when I saw it before!  My apologies to the lady I caught in the picture, she was in no way associated with this atrocity!
